SEEDS Dementia
The SEEDS project is a transformative initiative that empowers people living with dementia, their carers, and entire communities to lead fuller, more connected lives. The Healthy Living Centre Alliance is helping to scale and spread the SEEDS model to four other locations across the north.

The Healthy Living Centre Alliance is an award winning network of over 30 community-led health improvement organisations based in areas of high health inequalities throughout the north of Ireland, both rural and urban. Healthy Living Centres are rooted in localities from Castlederg to Kilkeel and from Coleraine to South Armagh and are a key driver in connecting people up to services and linking the health sector and wider public sector up to working-class communities.
Better Days Celebration Event
The Health Minister Mike Nesbitt addressed a Stormont event on Tuesday 3rd June celebrating the success of the Better Days Pain Support project which has delivered positive outcomes for over 2000 people whose lives have been blighted by chronic pain.

The Healthy Living Centre Alliance across the region have been supported by the Department for Communities to deliver a host of online workshops and programmes to help us get connected, take care of ourselves and learn new skills.
