Pain Support
Better Days Pain Support Programme
Do you live with chronic pain?
Book now for our award-winning Pain Support Programme. Supporting people to self-manage their pain and live better and happier lives.
Some of our programmes are online and others are face to face so please check the information beside each programme before booking. If possible book a programme closer to home to ensure ongoing support is accessible. We will always connect you to the local Healthy Living Centre if this is not possible.
"My pain had overwhelmed me and I had lost my confidence and drive. This course has built my confidence and improved my motivation and self-worth. I am now more confident in being able to manage my own pain and I have a more positive outlook" - Carole, 53, Belfast
